PRICING All prices listed on Giftsformygirl.com.au are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD), include GST and are subject to change at any time without notice. The price as it appears on this website is a representation of the price and is not binding if an error has been made.
PLACING YOUR ORDER To place an order, add the products you wish to purchase to the shopping basket, fill in the order form on the Giftsformygirl.com.au website and click the submit order button. Once your order has been processed we will send you a tax invoice via email. Tax invoices will not be sent with your order unless requested. A member of the Giftsformygirl.com.au team will contact you if there are any problems with your order. By placing an order with Giftsformygirl.com.au you are making an offer to purchase goods or services. Giftsformygirl.com.au reserves the right to accept or reject that offer for any reason. Gifstformygirl.com.au reserves the right to terminate user accounts or cancel orders in their sole discretion.
PAYMENT METHODS Giftsformygirl.com.au currently accepts payment via PayPal (where transactions can be made via your PayPal Account, credit card or eCheque), eWay credit card payment gateway and bank deposit. All required information must be completed on the online order form for payment processing to begin. If Bank deposit is selected as the payment method, Giftsformygirl.com.au will contact you within 24 hours with payment instructions.
DELIVERY Approximate Delivery Times:
VIC, NSW, SA, ACT: 1-3 Days Delivery time will depend on the items ordered, as some items can be couriered and some can be sent Express Post. For a more accurate delivery timeframe, please click on the Contact Us tab at the top of this page with the items you want to order and your suburb, and we will get back to you ASAP with an estimated delivery day. Please note: We deliver to mainland Australia and mainland Tasmania only. Delivery outside this area can be arranged however additional charges may apply. Delivery times Giftsformygirl.com.au uses couriers and Australia Post for delivery of orders. The delivery method for your order will be selected by Giftsformygirl.com.au based on a number of factors including the delivery address, size and weight of your packed order. Regardless of delivery method, all orders will incur a flat delivery fee of $8.95. Giftsformygirl.com.au will make every effort to deliver your order within one (1) to seven (7) working days (Monday to Friday excluding Public Holidays) from the day your payment is received. While every effort is made to deliver your order within these timeframes, we cannot guarentee delivery within this timeframe as this timeframe may change due to circumstances beyond our control. If there is any foreseeable delay in the delivery of your order, you will be contacted by a member of the Giftsformygirl.com.au team. If your order has not arrived after seven (7) working days and you have not been contacted by Giftsformygirl.com.au, please contact us at sales@giftsformygirl.com.au We recommend that your nominated delivery address is one where someone is present to accept your delivery between the hours of 8.00am and 5.00 pm, as orders sent via courier must be signed for upon delivery. If your order is sent via courier and no one is present to accept delivery, a card will be left at the address providing contact details for the delivery company for you to organise re-delivery (which may incur a fee) or collection from the courier depot. Please act on this calling card immedeately as the courier depot will only hold your item for seven (7) days, after which time it will be returned to Giftsformygirl.com.au. If your order is returned to Giftsformygirl.com.au due to your failure to contact the courier company, a re-delivery fee may apply. Giftsformygirl.com.au does not accept liability for a delay in delivery in the event that there is no one to receive the order at the delivery address. Unfortunately we cannot deliver to PO boxes. Orders cannot be cancelled due to a delay in delivery. Title and risk of loss to all products will pass to you on delivery. Delivery costs Delivery is charged at a flat rate of $8.95 per order.
PRODUCTS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT Giftsformygirl.com.au makes every effort to ensure your order arrives in the condition in which it was dispatched. However on occasion goods are damaged in transit to you. If this occurs, please email us at sales@giftsformygirl.com.au. We will supply you with a replacement product once the damaged product has been returned to us.
REFUNDS We value our customers at Giftsformygirl.com.au and want to ensure you enjoy your online shopping experience and are satisfied with your purchase. If you are dissatisfied with your order in any way, please contact us at sales@giftsformygirl.com.au within 14 days of purchase to discuss an exchange or refund. If you believe any of the items delivered to you are faulty, please contact Giftsformygirl.som.au to discuss returning the goods. Initially, customers will be responsible for shipping fees to return the product to Giftsformygirl.com.au. If we deem the product to be faulty, we will happily refund your purchase or replace your item or provide you with a store credit. We will also refund the shipping fees involved in returning the faulty product to us. If the item is not faulty, we may choose not to refund or replace the product or associated shipping fees. Any returned product must reach us in its original, undamaged packaging. The goods must be in their exact saleable form and be accompanied by a Giftsformygirl.com.au tax invoice. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the product is packaged appropriately for return freight. Please email us at sales@giftsformygirl.com.au to organise your return/exchange. Replacements and refunds will only be processed after the faulty item has been received by Giftsformygirl.com.au.
CANCELLATIONS Please be aware that once your order has been processed, there will be no cancellations permitted under any circumstances. Therefore, it is important to make sure that you have double-checked ALL details on your orders.

Requests for purchase or reward points through multiple programs/websites will not be accepted. GIFTSFORMYGIRL GIFT CERTIFICATES Giftsformygirl.com.au Gift certificates are a voucher of a dollar value that can be used to purchase anything from the giftsformygirl.com.au website. These gift voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue (unless otherwise stated on the voucher) and must be redeemed within that period. To redeem a Giftsformygirl.com.au Gift Certificate, please follow the instructions as detailed on the Gift Certificate. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and may not be used to redeem another gift certificate. Gift certificates are non-transferable and non-refundable. Gift vouchers are for the purchase of products only and cannot be used for payment of shipping costs.
